Frequently Asked Questions
Can I control the alarm from my phone?
Yes. With the Ajax Security System app, available on Android and iOS, you can arm, disarm and view events.
Does the system work during a power cut or without internet?
The hub has its own battery, so the alarm stays active during a power cut. Battery life depends on the model, and we confirm it in the quote.
Who provides maintenance after installation?
The Justar team. We check the system periodically, replace batteries and resolve faults.
