1. Purpose of this document

This document governs the terms of use of the website justar.md, as well as the manner in which Justar collects and processes personal data of website visitors, clients, and other data subjects, in connection with the services provided: physical security, technical security systems, video surveillance, alarm monitoring (certified PRO Ajax partner), personal and VIP protection, secure escort and transport, event security, and detective services. By accessing and using the website, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms.

Justar operates legally in the security and protection services market of the Republic of Moldova, holding IGP License Nr. P-0101/2026 and all authorizations required under applicable law.

3. Services described on the website

The website justar.md presents Justar's services. Information on the website (indicative prices, package descriptions) is provided for information purposes only — exact terms are established through a contract signed between JUSTAR and the CLIENT.

4. Use of the website

You agree to use the justar.md website only for lawful purposes and not to undertake actions that could affect its proper functioning.

Intellectual Property:: the content of the website belongs to JUSTAR or is used under legal right, and is protected by copyright legislation.

5. Processing of Personal Data

JUSTAR processes personal data in accordance with Legea nr. 195/2024 on the protection of personal data. The manner of processing differs depending on the service provided, as set out below.

5.1 Website visitors and quote requests

What we collect:through the "Request a personalized quote" form or through direct contact (phone, email, Messenger, Viber, WhatsApp), we collect name, phone number, email address, type of property/site, and other information voluntarily provided.

Purpose: to respond to your request, to prepare a quote, to carry out a potential contract, and — only with your explicit consent — for marketing communications.

Legal basis: consent, pre-contractual measures taken at your request, and Justar's legitimate interest in responding to inquiries received.

Retention period: for the duration of processing the request; if you become a client, for the duration of the contract plus the period required by accounting and financial legislation; if no contract is concluded, the data is deleted within a reasonable time, no later than 24 months from the last interaction.

Messenger/Meta channel: through conversations initiated via Facebook/Instagram ads, we collect exclusively name and phone number. This data is manually transferred to the internal CRM system and is not retained long-term on the Meta platform.

5.2 Clients of physical security, technical security, and alarm systems

What we collect:: identity document and a document confirming ownership or tenancy of the property, required to conclude the contract and correctly configure the service.

Purpose: correct identification of the service beneficiary, verification of the right to request installation of security systems on a property, and contract performance.

Legal basis: contract performance; legal obligation (IGP licensing requirements).

Access: the data is accessible exclusively to Justar personnel directly involved in managing the contract, and to the client.

Retention period: for the duration of the contract plus the period required by accounting/financial and licensing legislation.

5.3 Video surveillance

JUSTAR installs and actively monitors video systems at client premises, under a separate contract.

What we collect:: video footage captured at the client's premises.

Regim de stocare: Justar does not continuously archive the video stream. Only the segment corresponding to a relevant event (alarm, incident, confirmed offense) is automatically extracted and retained, at which point the response unit is also dispatched.

Storage location: internal Justar server, without cloud hosting and without third-party intermediaries.

Disclosureextracted footage is not disclosed to third parties, except law enforcement authorities (police), and only upon an official request.

Legal basis: performance of the monitoring contract; legitimate interest and legal obligation regarding the identification and reporting of security incidents.

Retention period for extracted segments:--, except for cases under investigation, in which case the footage is retained for the duration of the proceedings.

5.4 VIP protection, escort and secure transport, event security

These services require a high level of confidentiality. Data related to the schedule, route, or presence of the protected person is handled with maximum discretion, communicated strictly between Justar and the client, and is not retained beyond the operational necessity of the assignment.

Legal basis: contract performance; legitimate interest in protecting the person's security.

Retention period: strictly for the duration of the assignment; no route records are kept after its completion, except for mandatory contractual documents.

5.5 Detective services

Detective services are provided, as a rule, to corporate clients (verification of business partners, investigation of suspected internal fraud), within the limits permitted by applicable law.

What we collect:: information obtained from public and observable sources (behavior, physical presence in public spaces), as well as data accessed from official public registers (e.g. date.gov.md, instante.justice.md, and other similar public sources).

Legal basis: the legitimate interest of the client (verification of business partners, fraud prevention), within the limits and subject to the safeguards provided by Law No. 195/2024 for data subjects who have not given direct consent. The investigated individual is not informed in advance, given the specific nature of investigative activity, to the extent permitted by law.

Outcome: the final report is delivered exclusively to the client who commissioned the service.

Retention period: after the report is delivered to the client, Justar completely deletes any internal notes and drafts used during the investigation process. No copy of the report is retained by JUSTAR.

5.6 Data recipients (general)

Data is not sold and is not transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be shared with:

  • Technical service providers strictly necessary for the website's operation: hosting (Hostinger, server located in the European Union), under contractual confidentiality obligations.
  • Meta platform (Facebook/Instagram), exclusively for managing conversations initiated by the user through ads or Instant Forms.
  • Law enforcement authorities, exclusively upon an official request (e.g. video footage, in cases of criminal offenses).

JUSTAR does not transfer personal data to states outside the European Union or the Republic of Moldova, except for the standard technical processing carried out by the Meta and Google platforms, in accordance with these providers' own compliance policies.

5.7 Your rights

Under Legii nr. 195/2024 on the protection of personal data, you have the right to: request access to your data, request rectification or erasure of it, object to processing, withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal), and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

6. Cookies and Analytics Tools

The website uses technical cookies necessary for proper functioning, and traffic analytics cookies through Google Analytics, in order to understand how the website is used. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings or, where available, through the cookie consent banner displayed on your first visit.

7. Limitation of Liability

JUSTAR makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on the website is accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee the absence of errors. JUSTAR is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or its temporary unavailability.

8. Amendments to these terms

JUSTAR may periodically update this document, in particular as a result of legislative changes. The date of the last update is displayed at the top of the page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova. Any dispute shall be settled amicably or, if this is not possible, by the competent courts in Chișinău.
