Justar operates legally in the security and guarding services market of the Republic of Moldova, holding all licenses and authorizations required under applicable legislation.
The justar.md website presents Justar's services: physical guarding, technical security, video surveillance, personal and VIP protection, secure escort and transfer, event protection, detective services, and security consulting. The information on the website (indicative prices, package descriptions) is provided for informational purposes only — the exact terms are established through a contract signed between Justar and the client, following a personalized quote.
You agree to use the justar.md website only for lawful purposes and not to take any action that could affect its operation (introducing viruses, attempting unauthorized access, automated content extraction, etc.).
Intellectual Property:the content of the website (text, images, logo, graphic elements) belongs to Justar or is used under legal right, and is protected under copyright legislation. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of the content without Justar's written consent is not permitted.
Through the "Request Your Custom Quote" form or through direct contact (phone, email), Justar may collect: name, phone number, email address, type of property (individual/company), and any other information you voluntarily provide in your quote request.
The data is used exclusively to: respond to your quote request, contact you regarding Justar's services, prepare and carry out a potential service agreement, and — only with your explicit consent — for marketing communications (news, offers).
Processing is based on: your consent (when completing the form), the performance of pre-contractual steps at your request, and Justar's legitimate interest in responding to requests received through the website.
Data collected through the quote form is retained for as long as necessary to process the request and, if you become a client, for the duration of the contract plus the period required by financial and accounting legislation. If no contract is concluded, the data is deleted within a reasonable period, no later than 24 months after the last interaction.
Data is not sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It may be shared with technical service providers (e.g. website hosting, web analytics tools) strictly for the purpose of operating the website, under contractual confidentiality obligations.
Under Law No. 195/2024 on the Protection of Personal Data, you have the right to: request access to your data, request its rectification or deletion, object to its processing, withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal), and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
